💕At Kawaii Treasure Co, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
📦 Returns
Due to the handmade nature of many of our items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and original packaging, unless otherwise stated.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personalized or custom items
• Opened cosmetic products
• Mystery bags
• Mystery bundles
• Bundles or promotional sets
• Final sale items
💄 Cosmetic Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products (including lip gloss and beauty items) are final sale once opened.
If a cosmetic product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist.
🛍️ Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited quantities and one-of-a-kind pieces. If your item is eligible for return, a refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible 💕
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), Kawaii Treasure Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
• Please check with household members and neighbors
• Check around your property and mailbox area
• Contact your local carrier for additional delivery details
If you believe your package was stolen, you may be required to:
• File a claim with the shipping carrier
• File a local police report
• Provide written confirmation or documentation of the claim
We will review each case individually and assist where possible, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
⚖️ Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By placing an order with Kawaii Treasure Co, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:
• Submission of tracking confirmation and delivery proof to your financial institution
• Submission of order details, billing address verification, and communication history
• Account restriction from future purchases
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claim when proof of delivery, order confirmation, and fulfillment documentation is available.

Handmade items may have slight variations in bead placement, color tones, or charm details. These small differences are part of the magic and uniqueness of handcrafted accessories ✨
Items damaged by water exposure, rough handling, alterations, or normal wear are not eligible for return or replacement.
