Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and best available rate.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

• Contact us immediately before shipment
• We cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped
• Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional postage for reshipment

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Kawaii Treasure Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

🚫 Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Reshipping will require additional postage
